My entire career has been the start-up journey. I have started 4 different start-ups that all had some amazing rides. Through my failures and successes, I learned valuable lessons that have led me to where I am today. The start-up life had me face many challenges that can spike stress and pressure to levels most people can’t begin to understand. It is hard, fun, stressful, and magical all at the same time. After failing a few times, I spent 10 years working on my last start-up before it was acquired in 2021. I joined Golden Section as COO, where I always take my founder’s perspective into almost every decision I make.

What is one thing people should know about you? I am very competitive and have been this way my entire life. From playing competitive tennis to my career, it has driven and pushed me. The biggest change is early on I was competitive with others and now I am competitive with myself.

What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I ran my first marathon just before turning 40 years old.

What are you most passionate about professionally? I am most passionate about people. I believe in people and love building an amazing work culture. People are always the primary key factor in success, not processes.

What are you most passionate about personally? I am most passionate about challenging myself. I love finding new challenges both physically and mentally to push myself as much as possible.

What is your favorite place to travel to and why? I love Europe because you can experience so many countries with all different cultures within one trip.
