By the time I obtained my Mechatronics Engineering degree, I was fully invested in product development and strategy. I’ve had the fortune to work in projects of different industries such as fintechs, healthcare, marketing and supply chain. However, the most rewarding moments are when a project enables me to immerse into a whole new industry for me and learn everything about it.

What is one thing people should know about you? I’m always keen to learn. No matter if it’s job related or just a life hack.
So if you see me very quiet in a group meeting, it’s not shyness. I’m taking mental notes.

What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? Several years ago, I came up with a soft drink which I wanted to start selling.
To test the market, I would go out to traffic stops and try to sell it. Needless to say it didn’t take off.

What are you most passionate about professionally? Embracing the vision and goals of a product/company, and being able to contribute to its success.
After that, I do everything to convey that true interest to the team.

What are you most passionate about personally? Being there for everyone I care about when they need it, and setting them up for success.

What is your favorite place to travel to and why? Anywhere cold. I grew up in one of the warmest towns in Mexico, so I’m done with being sweaty all day long.

What is your favorite way to pursue balance in your life? Getting off social media every now and then. Doesn’t make much sense until you give it a try.
