I am an Executive Director at Golden Section. I contribute to our financial and legal strategy as well as have oversight OVER four of Golden Section’s business units.

Prior to my tenure at Golden Section, I founded two companies in both the real estate development and architectural professional services industries.

I graduated from Texas A&M University with focus in Linguistics & Business. I also attended Dallas Theological Seminary.

What is one thing people should know about you? I bring an insatiable appetite for learning to my role at Golden Section; it’s borderline obsessive…ok-it’s solidly obsessive; I’m working on setting proper boundaries in this area for better balance.

What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? Even though I appear to be a bit of a ‘square,’ I’ve spent a ton of time growing up rock climbing, cliff jumping and skydiving.

What are you most passionate about professionally? Context: Every consideration & strategy in business needs to be held within the appropriate context. Doing so allows the stakeholders to properly appraise consequences & second order effects of their decisions.

What are you most passionate about personally? Kindness and Reconciliation: I’m definitely far from perfect in each of these, but having been both the culprit and on the other side of each of these virtues, I can say that the enjoyment of life is enhanced when you have a humble & kind posture, one that seeks out reconciliation when things go awry.

What is your favorite place to travel to and why? Rosemary Beach – it’s family tradition for almost two decades.

What is your favorite way to pursue balance in your life? A good day includes time with my family, working with my team, playing tennis and reading.
