My first work experience was about audit and operation for overseas applications in ByteDance since my internship, I spent over 2 years in ByteDance learning basic working skills such as concentration, efficiency, quick response, and open communication. Then I moved to Inspur Group as a lab administrator, after that I transferred to a consulting company as a recruiter with curiosity about consulting industry, this job improved my communication skills and broadened my horizons. Hope that my knowledge and experience can help me in this job as a BA/QA.
